good afternoon and welcome to the February 8th 2023 uh Mesa Planning and Zoning Board public hearing we will begin with a roll call I am board member Crockett Vice chair Ayers here board member Allen here board member Alan we didn't hear you are you muted can you hear me now can you hear me okay I see her speaking but we're not hearing her I'm I'm unmuted so I don't know I hear you coming from the control room I just can't hear you in here [Laughter] [Music] where are you board member Allen yeah all right we're going to move on for a moment and then we'll come back to you board member sarkissian here board member Peterson here board member pitcher here and board member Montez here okay I will work on getting that we'll we'll note for the record that you're present and we'll work on getting the technical issue resolved um as part of today's agenda we've got a consent agenda those items will be read together as a group and voted on as a group unless an item is pulled off of the consent agenda let me ask I I think Pamela ran back to see how we're coming on our technical issues do we have any blue cards that we've received okay so no blue cards no member of the public present to speak on any of the items on the consent agenda today I don't see any then with that uh Vice chair Ayers has volunteered to read our consent agenda so I will turn it over to him thank you all right consider just uh uh consent agenda for today's meeting for January 25th 2023 uh no it's February 8th what am I reading on here oh reading the minutes this is I'm reading the minutes February 8th thank you 2023. uh first item 2A pz23018 minutes from the January 25th 2023 study session a regular meeting item 3A item zon22-00921 the block district 6 within the 7100 to 7600 blocks of East Elliott road on the South Side within the 3600 to 4200 blocks of South Sossaman Road on the West Side located west of Sossaman Road on the south side of Elliott Road rezone from agriculture to light industrial with a planned area development overlay and a site plan review this request will allow for the development of industrial Business Park in addition from the study session we have an approval with the conditions as identified in the staff report but the modification to condition number nine to read that the phasing of all off-site improvements and Street Frontage Landscaping to be specified and included in the development agreement as identified in condition number seven the staff recommendation on this is approval with conditions item 4A is included to this is the preliminary plot for the block on Elliott within the 7100 to 7600 blocks of East Elliott Road and within the 3600 to 4200 blocks of South Sossaman Road located west of Austin Road on the south side of Elliott Road preliminary Platte this request again allowed for the development of industrial Business Park the Stafford recommendation is approval with conditions as noted item 4B zon22-00971 the Gateway technology corridor with Center thank you Technology Center within the uh 10500210800 blocks of East Elliott Road and within the 3500 block of South Signal Butte Road located on the northwest corner of seagull Butte Road and Elliott Road this is a preliminary plan this request will create a seven lot subdivision for industrial commercial development the staff recommendation is approval of conditions thank you Vice chair Ayers do I have a motion to approve the consent agenda move to approve the consent agenda as read thank you board member Peterson is there a second a second thank you board member sarkissian all right let's vote and board member Allen I don't know if we have your audio working how do you vote on this yes I think I heard you from the back of the room thumbs up meaning yes okay board member uh Alan votes yes so by your vote of seven eyes No No's you have passed the consent agenda today um I'll turn to our our director to see if there's anything else or Michelle anything else we need to cover today no Mr chairman we have no other updates or anything for you today all right thank you well we I don't know if we set a record today but we were pretty fast so so uh I will entertain a motion to adjourn if there is one I'll move to approve is there a second turn second we have a motion and a second let's vote board member Allen yes thumbs up all right okay thank you very much uh we are adjourned call could we have
