As part of the agenda today, we do have a consent agenda uh which uh will be read into the record and acted on all in one motion. None of these individual items will be discussed. Item 2A, approval of the minutes from the planning and zoning board the from March 25th, 2026 board meeting. And item 3A Z26-000081 brakes plus Mesa 0.9 acres located approximately 510 ft north of the northwest corner of South Ellsworth Road and East Elliot Road major site plan modification and amending conditions of approval number one and number six of ordinance 5855. This request will allow for an approximately 4,897 foot minor auto repair development. Staff recommendation recommendation is approval with conditions. >> All right. Thank you, Cassidy.
