ALL THESE THINGS ARE GOING ON IN OUR CITY AND IT'S INDICATIVE OF THE ADMINISTRATION, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE POLICE CHIEF, TO MAKE SURE THEY KEEP US APRIZED EVERY SINGLE MEETING AND INCLUDING PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE OF WHAT'S GOING ON IN REFERENCE TO OUR NUMBERS, OUR MANPOWER, HOW MANY OFFICERS ARE ASSIGNED TO FIELD SERVICES, WHEN FIELD SERVICES HAS GONE DOWN IN MANPOWER, WHEN IT'S GONE UP.
