This is a Jersey City Planning Board meeting with the scheduled 5:30 p.m. start time and in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. Notice of this meeting has been given to the editor of the Bergen Record, L Espelito, and posted with the city clerk on December 5th of this year. This meeting was also posted on the Jersey City Division of City Planning web page, and all distribution materials made available to the board were published and made available to the public. >> Thank you. So, um, we have received correspondence from all of the attorneys on tonight's agenda, and they have all agreed to carry with preservation of their notices to February 10th of the uh in the year 2026. Um, and they have all waved their right to a hearing. So, um, I can go through the agenda one by one and just list the case number and addresses. And, um, so Cameron, just for the record, they've all ra waved their right to be heard tonight and extended the time in which the board has to act in writing, uh, with respect to all of these matters. A resolution of the planning board of the city of Jersey City, case number P2025-0178 for a one-year extension to June 14, 2026 of a prior approval under case number P19-194 and a one-year extension under case P 2024-0176 for preliminary and final major site plan with C variances.
