Both of those have a adjustments that to reflect market and you'll see that the council report. That's all I have folks who near. That's all I have on this 10th. I do have a quick review. The preliminary agenda for the 17th, again, recognizing this is a little bit of a work in progress. On Page 2 of that agenda. We'll have the downtown parking planned discussion as unfinished business. Number one item under public hearing number 2 item is our annual insurance program placement. Page. 3 number 3. Here some traffic citation changes, which I believe are required under. Because of changes the legislature made this during its past sessions. So we have to make we have to reflect those in our city code. >> I have received several e-mails regarding people running red lights. Can we have at least in the presentation or within the report, the number of red-light citations, the citation itself. What it cost. when that has been adjusted, I know that we cannot have individuals that every single intersection, but I have been getting a lot more e-mails regarding people running red lights. >> It will get the red light violation information. I have to go back. I think the legislature won't allow us to install red-light cameras are intersection cameras but lot I can get that information as well because that takes a tool away from us. Number 4 is application for assistance under the firefighters grant program. This would allow us to purchase. Radios for the fired up her apartment. Number 5. Is are the ordinances changes regarding regarding illegal camping a almost campus that we've already talked about during workshop. >> I know that we have obviously we have the downtown parking. Which is unfinished business. And then this was the other one that a lot of folks have been commenting on. Could that be moved? Maybe 2 number one so that people don't have to wait so long. >> Traditionally councils had public hearings at at beginning, a new business. We could move into number 2. That would be alright. We'll do that. And then paid We have. I think we reported to for some concerns that we've had working with the contractor in our Red program. This would allow the city to serve general contractor to get to work in completed a Greenway Manners, Creamery Manor Apartments coming. On Page 5 just highlight. We've got the first and second phases of Cheney, Dan repairs. This is a recommendation to pick a group the design. Build for that her. >> That right design Yes. See marks to construction manager at risk. Go all the way to page 7 of the next thing to highlight. got amendments here are bringing forward on some funding agreements related use of affordable housing fund. There were some technical changes that were necessary in the agreements that you'd prefer a approved previously. The only other one I would highlight is the very last page. Number 9. The number 17, 70 page 9 said number 17, this would extend the special facilities, revenue bonds that were issued for airport hotel to reflect their construction timetable and completion of the work later in 2025. Mayor, that's all I got on a preview for 70. I have one question. That is the last meeting of the year. >> And if I remember correctly, by the end of this year, we were also supposed to talk about the student housing by the Bio Medical Center. Can that be brought up? >> If you're talking about the this, this. For talk about the student housing project. The city extended the incentive package that package for the student housing project extends through want to say June 30th of 2020 5, the hotel project that incentive package December 31st. So that one will run. It's course by the end of the year. understanding part of that City council meeting that we were not going to grant another extension on either of those 2 incentive packages. Those incentive programs have been extended. fact, I think it 2 or 3 times already. And so it was impression from the last time that we extended that we we would not be extending those again. If that answers your question. Thank you. Try >> Thank you. City manager any comments from council members. I seen an Mackey is with us. So. Do you have any questions? Maggie? thank you all very much. Have a great weekend.
