IN THAT ONE CYCLE CONTINUANCE, CHASE BANK ACTUALLY WITHDREW THEIR APPEAL, SO THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO DENY ALL OF THOSE APPLICATIONS IS FINAL. AND THE ONLY OTHER THING WAS I WAS GOING TO MENTION, YES, WE HAVE ONE ON THURSDAY THAT WAS CONTINUED FROM OUR LAST MEETING.
