Hello everyone. Today is Monday, September 25th and this is the zoning committee. We are looking for a quorum and I will update you in a minute or two. And now we have a quorum, so we'll get started. So again, this is zoning committee. This is our regular committee meeting at the top of committee week. I am Councilmember Marci Collier-Overstreet, your chair for the zoning committee. And I'm joined by my colleagues, Liliana Bakhtiari to my far right. And next to me would be Mary Norwood. And then to my immediate left is Councilmember Matt Westmoreland. And we do... Oh, and we also have... Council member Michael Julian Bond on remote so he will be able to vote. So thank you all for joining and with this we have a quorum we'll start our business.
