all right welcome to the January 25th 2023 City Mesa Planning and Zoning public board meeting my name is Jessica and I'm filling in for chair Crockett we'll Begin by taking roll call chair Crockett is absent Vice chair Ayers is absent board member Allen here board member sarkissian here board member Peterson here board member pitcher here orb member Montez here as per today's agenda we have a consent agenda we'll be right into the record and act on in one motion we will not be discussed individually are there any comment cards I don't see any okay it's a short agenda um so therefore our consent agenda board member Peterson will read that into the report items for the consent agenda for the January 25th 2023 Planning and Zoning Board meeting R item 2A minutes from January 11th 2023 study session and regular meeting item 3A zon 22-01219 Southeast Mesa Library District 6. within the 5000 Block of South Eastmark Parkway located north of Ray Road East of Crismon Road and West of East smart Parkway site plan review this request will allow for development of a public library recommendation is approval with conditions item 4A zon 22-01024 Lemon Lane District 2 within the 3700 to 3800 blocks of East McClellan Road located south of McClellan Road and East of Val Vista Drive rezone from single residents 35 with a planned area development overlay to single residents 35 with the planned Dairy development overlay this request will allow for a single residence development recommendation is approval with conditions item 5A Lemon Lane District 2 preliminary flat within the 3700 to 3800 blocks of East Mclaughlin Road located south of McClellan Road and East of Val Vista Drive from our Platte this request will allow for a single residence development recommendation is approval with conditions right thank you move to approve do I have a second second second all right all in favor board member hi yep thank you all right and the consent agenda passes and that is our entire agenda do you have any planning director updates versus playing direct updates thank you chair um we wanted to just remind the public that on Monday January 30th that we are having uh an open house in discussion session on the drive through recommendations that the planning division is looking at at this time we would welcome all comments so it begins at 5 30 and it is located at 20 East Main in room one seven zero sounds good thank you so much are there any other items nope an all-in tarantine a motion to adjourn motion to adjourn second all right all in favor aye aye all right thank you guys for showing up for five minutes [Music] [Music] foreign [Music]
