all right hi welcome everybody to the February 12th 2025 city of Mesa Planning and Zoning Board public hearing we'll begin with a roll call chair erors that's myself I am here Vice chair pitcher here thank you Vice or board member Peterson here board member Montes here board member blakeman here board member Carpenter here board member Farnsworth here all right Full House uh as part of the today's agenda we do have a consent agenda this will be read into the record and acted on in one motion and these items will not be discussed individually just checking in we don't have any cards that we need to be aware of perfect thank you and so uh board member Carpenter is going to read the consent agenda for us today all right items on the consent agenda approval of minutes from previous meetings um pz 25010 minutes from the January 22nd 20125 planning and zoning board meeting item three take action on the following zoning cases z2400 885 HW Crossing Village 4 39 Acres located at the South West corner of South HW Road and East Warner Road site plan review for a single residence subdivision um staff recommendation improval with conditions item four discuss and make a recommendation to the city council for the following zoning cases uh 4 a Z24 548 Saia motor freight lines 13 acres located approximately 1900 ft east of the southeast corner of East posos Road and South krisman Road site plan review for a freight truck terminal and Warehouse staff recommendation continue to the February 26 2025 planning and zoning board meeting uh item five discuss and take action on the following preliminary plats uh 5A Haw Crossing Village 4 preliminary plat 39 Acres located at the southwest corner of South HW Road and the East Warner Road preliminary plat um staff recommendation approval with conditions all right thank you uh so I'll look for a motion to approve the consent agenda as ready motion to approve say there a second second all right we'll get votes and then from a verbal perspective Vice chair pitcher yes board member Peterson yes board member farnworth yes and that is all all right unanimous we've moved on from that and I don't believe we have anything else on the agenda to discuss chair A's no additional updates thank you all right look for a motion to adjourn motion to adjourn second second all in favor Vice chair pitcher yes board member Peterson yes board member Farnsworth yes all right and that passes as well all right thank you everybody for being here today for the very Speedy meeting
