All right, welcome everybody to the March 25th, 2026 City of Mesa Planning and Zoning Board public hearing. We'll begin with all with our roll call. Chair erys is present. We'll call the meeting to order at 401. And as part of the agenda for today, we do have a consent agenda, and this will be all read into and acted on in one motion. These items will not be discussed individually. Uh we're going to have Cassidy Welsh, our principal planner, read the consent agenda for us today. >> Thank you. Good afternoon, chair, members of the board. So, items on the consent agenda. Item 2 A, the planning and zoning minutes from March 11th, 2026, planning and zoning board meeting. Item 3A, Z25-0000966, live at Eastark, 8.5 acres, located approximately 725 ft east of the northeast corner of South Ellsworth Road and East Ray Road. Site plan review. This request will allow for a 208 multiple residence development. Staff recommendation is approval with conditions. Items not on the consent agenda. Item 4A GPA25-0000283 Haven at destination 28 acres located at the northwest corner of South Meridian Road and Arizona route 24 major general plan amendment to change the place type from urban center to mixed residential. Staff recommendation is adoption. Item 4B Z25-0000288 Haven at destination 28 acres located at the northwest corner of South Meridian Road and Arizona Route 24. Reszone from general industrial to small lot single residence 2.5 with a planned area development overlay and approval of residential product. This request will allow for a 155 lot single residence development. Staff recommendation is approval with conditions. Item 4 C, GPA25- Z00233, Haven at Haw, 38 acres located at the southeast corner of South Haw Road and East Mosquite Street. Major general plan amendment to change the place type from local employment center to urban residential. Staff recommendation is adoption and item 4D Z25-0000234 Haven at Haw 38 acres located at the southeast corner of South Hall Road and East Mak Msquet Street reszoning from agricultural to residential small lot 2.5 with a planned area development overlay and approval of residential product. This request will allow for a 230 lot single residence development. Staff recommendation recommendation is approval with conditions with the additional condition as follows. If at the determination of staff the eastern wall is in a state of disrepair, applicant will provide a wall consistent with the architecture of the project. >> Perfect. Thank you. I appreciate that. Uh, so we're going to go ahead and open up a public meeting again on items 4 A, 4 B, 4 C, and 4 D, which were just read, and see if there's any person that would like to speak to those items at all. Oh, we're seeing that. Sorry, that was actually quite funny. Um, and then we'll um I guess if those things will all be read, we'll go ahead and close a public meeting on that one and we'll look for a motion now from the board to approve that those items as read previously by Cassidy. >> Is there a motion? >> Chairs, just for a clarification, it's a recommendation to city council on those. >> A recommendation.
