okay um six um um foreign um is oh oh where's um yes is so true um is um oh is is many people helping them um um [Music] um um so we'll move on to our third public appearance which is oh processes as well as we all have worked together to revitalize many areas in our neighborhood yet we know that many areas that still need to be improved we recognize both leadership and circumstances saying that keeping a viable work a relationship with all parties involved in charity with that reminder to continue the projects already made we requested a recessively given from all of our representatives [Music] along with him especially to um [Music] and the road they're supposedly not blocking either one but they can get to be hazardous for possessions of driving the same thing has happened in many other areas of the city but the main area that i've noticed is in front of the apartment as i'm on my way to church two or three cars will be caught the curb heading down milwaukee street that turns the street into a one lane road instead of a two million as it should be any cars coming on finnish street heading towards the curb can't see a car kept open for to resident at the basement door this place is probably still there but not kept up for regular debut those feelings are old enough that the new toes are probably going farther i know the renters can be found but they are not rich they're really not at fault if they have cars and no areas for openings for them to park when they move here the other apartments and houses don't know we have no experience um uh [Music] um do you have particular residences do not have driveways and so if something will get totally fortunate for police department we appreciate the commentary um um is coming up okay uh let's go um okay thank you is yes of the state so that's not the deal of the office since i've been elected and that i will to the best of my questions exercise according to the law the purchases of which i've been congratulations um um um um um um [Music] expire at the end of this month but i'm still excited today um [Music] um that perhaps the language could be adjusted to something along the lines of i think that everyone should probably agree that it gets more and more and more challenging to find people that are willing to serve i'm going to volunteer capacity on the numerous um um um in situations is okay awareness um um is department [Music] can never have had is concern for everything in their spiritual services and satisfying public nonprofits through this resolution [Music] oh within that the brilliant commission is a good at work so approximately 68 000 square feet of space of the municipal building um the discussion by work pressing we have a lease agreement for a portion of this building that we're in today back in the sixties we bought it jointly from the county in 1998 cbw purchased the property they're there and now they need that you know this week's agreement the current race agreement is good for the end of this year so the new agreement will be effective january 1st 2021 through december 41st 24th and then um is um to purchase um oh yes the levee tax for the city of greenwood for twenty twenty one is low clock exactly freeze for 2021 and mcmillan ordinances foreign is to consider originating with twenty bucks you wrote two seven to about the budget for 2021. uh i've discussed that you got links but i did put some bots up here for your benefit a dozen of bounce you know from graduate 16 there's no cost of really increasing fast there's no tax increase before this budget uh approximately a hundred and eighty thousand dollar budget from 2020 uh surplus to balance between this budget has included um to the hospitality budget line item for 2021. this this particular line item is isolated to allow mr miller miss patreon to explain this funny reverse to the museum that helps me um is i think sometimes it gets a little bit less than the weeds and specifically what the three organizations are asking today so this year we allow them to apply separately for funding i suggest for purposes of the way it's listed in the budget it is separately in our details is okay this is um okay yes is the new business item number 11 is to consider authorizing your city university to accept a 2020 justice assistant assistant grant in coordination with grant county sheriff's office and they receive drug funds annually from the u.s department of justice the cities portion this year is 22 383 as previously covered um at the retreat these are used for color expenses foreign um funds we ask council to approve those because it impacts our budget and the way dollars come from um um i did not have any comments at this to get our time submitted by friday that was a lot of work and he did a really good job we thank you all for that perfectly thank you thank you
