thank you and welcome again to the Mesa city council meeting for Monday October the 2nd of 2023 uh all of our council is present with Mr uh Heredia our vice mayor participating via Zoom uh we will begin this meeting with an invocation offered by Pastor Derek Elliot with desert Heritage Church Pastor thank you for your patience we appreciate you staying online with us for a moment uh following
