welcome everybody the June 26 2024 City Mesa Planning and Zoning Board hearing we'll begin with a roll call chair SS is here Vice chair pitcher here board member Crockett here board member Peterson board member Monte here board member Blake here board member Carpenter here it is part of today's agenda we have a consent agenda it will be read into the record and acted on in one motion it will not be discussed individually and board member Crockett's going to read that for us today thank you chair heirs agenda item 2A are the minutes from the June 12th 2024 planning and zoning board meeting item 3A is case uh py well doesn't have a case number proposed amendments to Chapters 2 5 6 7 8 10 30 31 32 34 86 and 87 of Title 11 of the mesa city code also known as the Mesa zoning ordinance pertaining but not limited to accessory dwelling units detached accessory buildings and manufactured home park accessory structures the staff recommendation is continue to a date uncertain case z n 23- 01007 haos Crossing Village 6 SF residential portion in district 6 within the 8,000 through 8200 blocks of East Warner Road within the 4,000 through 4,400 blocks of South adus Street within the 4,000 through 4200 blocks of 82nd Street alignment and within the 4,000 through 42 200 blocks of South h h Road located west of hos Road and North of Warner Road a rezone 2.3 plus or minus Acres of the project site from small lot single residence 2.5 with a planned area development overlay to small lot single residence 4.0 with a pad overlay a rezone of 2.3 plus or minus Acres of the project site from RSL 4.0 pad to RSL 2.5 pad a Zone to establish a second pad overlay on the entire 115 plus or minus acres and specific plan approval this request will accommodate a single resident development the staff recommendation is approval with conditions and agenda item 4A is the haos crossing Village 6 SF residential portion pre- plat in district 6 within the 8,000 through 8200 blocks of East Warner Road within the 4,000 to 4,400 blocks of South 80th Street within the 4,000 through 4200 blocks of 82nd Street alignment and within the 4,000 through 4200 blocks of the South Haw Road located west of Haw Road and North of Warner Road this is a preliminary plat the staff recommendation is approval with conditions all right is there a motion to approve the consent agen is read motion to approve the consent agenda is read there's a second all in favor please vote I oh I guess we're I share picture which you vote I and that is a unanimous approval uh we don't have any blue cards or anything that we need to talk about okay so we're good so um I think we actually is that it right got nothing else any updates from staff no additional updates request a motion to adjourn motion to adjourn second second all in favor please vote Vice chair pitcher I and unanimous we arger and thank you everybody appreciate it [Music]
