And item 3A, Z25-0000378, Angie's Prime Grill, 7 acres, located approximately 575 ft east of the southeast corner of South Chrisman Road and East Southern Avenue, major site plan modification. This request will allow for a 1,692 ft restaurant with a drive-through facility. Staff recommendation is approval with condition. Those are the items on the consent agenda. >> All right.
