Welcome back to the Monday Morning Minute for  March 30. Let's get 60 seconds on the clock and get started. Registration for the 2026 Pete Graske  Arbor Day Tree Giveaway opens this Wednesday, April 1 at 8 AM. In honor of Arbor Day, the City  will hand out 200 trees free to Oakdale residents on April 25 for those that had registered to  pick up in advance. The limit is one tree per Oakdale address or household. Check out the  link provided for more information and to register starting April 1 at 8 AM. These trees  go fast, so don't delay. Winter parking rules, which prohibit on street parking from  midnight to 5 AM, end this Wednesday, April 1. A reminder that on-street parking  is prohibited anytime we get 2 or more inches of snowfall. Hopefully, we're done with that  for the season. Tower and Golfview Parks are getting new playgrounds in 2026, and the City  wants to hear from neighbors and park users. Two engagement events are planned for April,  and the first event will be at Tower Park this Thursday, April 2, from 4 to 6 PM. Events are  weather dependent.
