Good evening everyone. I call this meeting to order. It's the land use planning and zoning committee of the council on February 11th, 2026. All counselors are present this evening and council Rogers is joining on Zoom. This is a hybrid meeting where all participants will be in person or on Zoom uh on video or audio conference. Members of the public have the opportunity to address the committee if they have signed up for public comment per the rules published on the agenda and on our website Friday. Council staff has confirmed that no individuals signed up to speak this evening. We will start with agenda item A EC26, mayor's reappoint of Mr. Ren Holstead to the Environmental Planning Commission.
