good afternoon welcome to the april 27 2022 city of mesa planning and zoning board public hearing we'll begin by taking roll call board member peterson here four member errors here board member crockett here remember alan here board member boyle president vice chair of illinois saucedo here and share sarcastian here as part of today's agenda we have a consent agenda and we'll be right into the record and acted on one motion they will not be discussed individually do we have anyone with comment cards no great so um board member crockett will be reading today's consent agenda thank you chair sarkissian uh for the consent agenda we've got the following items agenda item 2a are the minutes from the april 13 2022 study session and regular meeting item 3a is case zon22-002 district two within the forty four the four thousand to forty two hundred blocks of east main street and within the zero to one hundred blocks of south norfolk located west of greenfield road on the south side of main street this is a site plan review this request will allow for a retail development and small-scale commercial recreation facility board member crockett yes would you mind reading in that case number again as well they're just missing a zero okay uh case number zero in 22-002 okay when you get my eyes like mine it's a little hard to see all the zeros sometimes okay agenda item oh and i think i got staff recommendation was approval with conditions correct all right agenda item 3b is case zon22-0 district 6 within the 9800 block of east williamsfield road alignment and within the 6000 block of the south chrisman road alignment this is a site plan review and special use permit this request will allow for a multiple residence development the staff recommendation is approval with conditions agenda item 4a is case 0n22 district 4 within the 1600 block of south staply drive located on the southeast corner of stapley drive and us-60 superstition freeway this is a site plan review this will this request will allow for the development of a restaurant the staff recommendation is to continue this item to a future planning and zoning board meeting and finally agenda item 4b is case zon21-01285 district 6 within the 4 900 to 5200 blocks of south power road and within the 6 800 to 7 000 blocks of east ray road located north of ray road on the east side of power road this is a site plan modification this request will allow for the development of a hotel the staff recommendation is to continue this to may 11 and that's the consent agenda thank you we have a motion motion to approve second right motion to approve in a second all please vote for member alan yes board member boyle and consent agenda passes um that is our agenda so do anything else from staff chair board members no update for today okay great so do i have a motion to adjourn i'll move that we adjourn second all in favor board member allen yes yes yes we're adjourned [Laughter] thank you
