good morning everyone we are calling the zoning committee meeting to order i am councilmember mercy collier overstreet and this is your zoning committee so i would like to introduce my co-workers my colleagues i have council member byron amos sitting to my far right and sitting right next to him is councilmember andrew boone and to my far left we have the honorable howard shook and sitting next to me on my leftist council member mary norwood and so with us here today we uh constitute a quorum that means that we can conduct our business today and so we shall and i'd like to make a motion to
