We did have a gentleman come to discuss his code enforcement uh process with city staff and frustrations with how we've communicated with him and through that process. And so just wanted to, you know, let you and the community know that we continue to work with him um and our staff to, you know, not only understand how to better do our process, but also make sure he's fully up to speed and engaged as we work towards compliance. So >> thank you. [2:26] >> Yep. >> Completes item four. We'll move to item five, which is public comment. Anyone wishing to come before council, please state your name and address and your concern. The floor is open, but I'm not seeing anyone making a mad dash to the podium. [2:43] So, with that, we'll close public comment and move on to our consent agenda. [4:17] >> Esler, >> I. >> Climple. >> I. >> Weisenol. >> I. >> Resky. >> I. >> Consent agenda's approved 40. We'll move on to public hearings, which we have none this evening. Unfinished business, we have none this evening. New business number nine, we have none. And we're up to announcement. City staff updates. [4:38] >> Thank you, mayor and members of the council. Uh not a ton to flag for you tonight. I thank the uh council for this is kind of one of our our January tradition. This first meeting in January is often times when we feel a bit of a lull and in planning applications that we received from a city staff standpoint and thought stuff coming off of, you know, other commissions for your actions. And so a very short one here tonight and appreciate the actions you took to establish some of our beginning of year stuff whether it's banks and and newspapers and things of that nature. So uh nothing really to flag for you and just community going forward I would say coming up in January. One thing we're really excited about council will meet in January here for your strategic planning session goal setting session with city staff and so we look forward to that coming up here in January. And so uh the good work of uh the Rosemont City Council continues but a short [5:24] meeting for you tonight. So, with that, I can throw it back to you, Mayor. >> All right. Thank you very much. We'll move on to 10B. Uh, our announcements. City call will be closed on Martin Luther King Day, January 19th. The next port authority meeting is January 20th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. here in council chambers. And the city council meeting will follow between 7 and 8:00 p.m. again on January 20th. And with that, if there are no no additional items to come before council, which I believe there's none, can I have a motion to adjurnn? [5:57] >> So moved. >> Is there a second? >> Second. >> All in favor signify by saying I. >> I. >> Opposed? We are adjourned. Thank you and have a good year. [6:36] Hey, hey, hey.
