hello welcome everybody to the January 24th uh 2024 city of Mesa Planning and Zoning Board public meeting we'll Begin by taking a roll call uh chair SS myself I am here Vice chair pitcher and then board member Montes have excused absence since today so board member Crockett here board member Peterson here board member blakeman here and board member Carpenter here all right thank you as part of the agenda today we have a consent agenda this will all be right into the record and act it on in one motion U these items will not be discussed individually and we will have board member Crockett be reading our consent today thank you chair SS this is the consent agenda for the Planning and Zoning Board public hearing of Wednesday January 24th 2024 item two is approval of minutes from previous meetings item three is case z in 23- 00688 EDI Mesa 2 district 6 within the 9800 to 10,000 blocks of East Elliott road souths side within the 3600 to 3900 blocks of South Everton Terrace West Side and within the 3600 to 3900 blocks of Southeast Mark Parkway East Side located east of Elliot of Ellsworth Road and south of Elliot Road major site plan modification this request will allow an industrial use the staff recommendation is approval with conditions item four is case z 23-00 609 810 South Country Club Drive in District 4 within the 400 to 500 blocks of West 8th Avenue Southside and within the 800 block of South Country Club Drive wests side located north of Southern Avenue and west of Country Club Drive this is a rezone from General ener commercial to General commercial with a bonus intensity Zone overlay a council use permit and site plan review this request will allow for a mini storage facility the staff recommendation is approval with conditions all right thank you Bard member oh sorry M Crockett uh we have no other cards today right no we're good so I would ask for a motion to approve the consent agenda is read move we're good go move to approve the consent agenda is read is there a second second all in favor everybody please vote oh there it is up there so it unanimously passes thanks you everybody for voting on that I think we don't have any updates but I will reach out anyway uh chair SS board members no additional updates with that I will request a motion to adjourn the public meeting I move that we adjourn the public hearing second second I second thank you everybody I was thinking you said with that we are Jour thank you everybody that was a good [Music] one [Music]
