all right hello welcome everybody to the March 12th 2025 city of Mesa Planning and Zoning Board public hearing we'll Begin by taking a roll call so chair SS as present Vice chair pitcher here board member Peterson here board member Montes here board member blakeman here board member Carpenter here and board member Farnsworth here I see him he's here all right so as part of today's agenda we do have a consent agenda uh all of these items will be read into the record and acted on in one motion none of these items will be discussed individually just checking in we don't have any blue cards nothing we're good there okay so um board I was going to actually joke and have board member Montes read it today but we thought that would be fun but we won't give her a hard hey just because I'm on spring break we'll have board member Carpenter read the consent agenda for us today all right items on the consent agenda item number two approval of minutes from previous meetings item 2 a pz 25018 minutes from the February 26 2025 planning and zoning board meeting item three take action on the following zoning cases uh 3A Z24 00962 longbo 202 shell Building 7 plus or minus Acres located approx approximately 840 ft west of the northwest corner of North reer Road and East mcdal Road site plan review and special use permit for a 9 98,2 196 square foot industrial building uh staff recommendation approval of conditions item 3B Z24 01061 the Rosetta room4 plus or minus Acres located at 104 East 1 Avenue site plan View and special use permit for a 6650 ft building is a square foot commercial entertainment coffee shop and general retail development staff recommendation approval with conditions item four discuss and make recommendation to the city council in the following zoning cases item 4 a z2400 876 Medina station freeway Landmark Monument 61 uh plus or minus Acres located at the southeast corner of East Southern Avenue and South signal but Road Council use permit for a freeway Landmark uh Monument staff recommendation approval of conditions all right thank you very much um so is there a motion to approve the consent agenda read motion to approve the consent agenda as read and the second second all right all in favor and let's see Bo I'm going to go by the board member farnworth you're on top yes board member blakeman yes board member Montes yes and that I'm sure unanimously passes so thank you for that that is the end of that agenda is there anything from staff to update us on today J A is no additional updates right with that I'll look for a motion to adjourn motion to adjourn second second all in favor please vote board member Farnsworth yes board member blakean yes board member Montes yes and with that we are adjourned thank you everybody for being here
