Did you see the little thing in the pilot they wrongfully report. property is a city street. Work sessions for Norfolk City Council will now convince Mr. Roberts was yours. Thank you, Mayor, vice mayor, members of city council. Uh, after just a brief review of the agenda, it looks like we just have 3 briefing items that require consideration of a closed session motion. I move that members of council assembly and for a closed meeting on March 25th, 2025 at 4:01 p.m. in the 10th floor conference room of the City Hall building in the City of No for the purposes which are set out in clauses 293 and 1 of subsection A of Section 2.2-30. 3711 of the Senior Freedom of Information Act as amended Clause 29, discussion of the award of a public contract in Wood board area where terms of scope of the contract in an open session would adversely affect negotiating strategy of the public body clause 3 discussion of disposition of real property look forward discussion and open negotiating strategy of the public body clause one discussion of candidates for boards commission committee and for authority. Mr. Mr. Clanton, Ms. Johnson, Mr. McGee, Mr. Page, Mr. Smeagle, Mr. Thomas, Doctor Alexander. So , um, we started using flat cameras. I had assumed that they were taking film, but I, I've learned in the litigation that they are actually more like a, uh, your phone camera where they're just taking, uh, snapshots and they take a photograph of the license plate at the back and nobody locally has access to their photographs. They're transmitted electronically. To Fox's headquarters in I forget whether it's Chicago or California and that if a person has a a reason to retrieve it, uh, then Flock can retrieve it. The, um, retrieval information requires either um the license plate number or identifying features of the automobile that was uh a picture was taken up. But anyway, that's it in some. It's a neighborhood, uh, watch security initiative that the city's only role was to allow them to place the cameras in the right of way, uh, on the city strip in the grass area, um, in, in Lockhaven. It's 2 or 3 which, um, are just, um, the civic leagues, uh, part of the Civic League's neighborhood watch. Sir, yes, sir. OK, thank you. It's very close.
