The proceeds for pro for the sale are from the sale we go. 45% economic development fund and 55% to the general fund. Given the unique circumstances we're under right now. I'm wondering if the council would want to consider having all that your mark to go to the Mac. For the expenses that we know we're going to incur and the fact that it was used for the emergency shelter this year. There's a little bit of a connection that regard, but it would take council approval to do that. And what we would do is move this off of. That conference committee report has not read yet and on concerning note, the property tax agreement in tax does contain the government competition, language that was vetoed last session. There were no changes to that language. during the discussions in conference committee and we'll continue to work to But that Bill is likely to come up in today or possibly during veto session as well. The Mac homelessness funding will continue to talk with legislators about that 3 session. It is not included in this budget bill that there will be an omnibus budget. We continue to talk and if it is not included, will continue discussions through the summer and fall as well. With that. There's so many moving pieces right now.
