At their meeting, they worked on their 2025 communications plan as well as talked about some of the events that are coming up for the City throughout the year. They are also at full strength for the first time as a commission; they have seven people now appointed by the City Council, which is fantastic. Thank you to all of those commissioners for volunteering. Planning Commission, Council Member Wrich? [02:40] **Council Member Katie Wrich:** So, the same—they went through their work plan discussion for 2025 and then we also worked on the zoning update project. Good things. [02:49] **Mayor Kevin Zabel:** No other commissions met, so we will roll into award of bid—nothing. Staff reports. City Attorney Jim, anything for us tonight? [02:57] **Jim (City Attorney):** Nothing specific, happy to answer questions. [02:59] **Mayor Kevin Zabel:** Any questions for Jim? Let’s turn to our right. Check in with our City Administrator, Ms. Volkers. Anything for us tonight? [03:06] **Christina Volkers:** I do not have anything, but glad to answer questions. There are just three indoor markets remaining for the season, so stop by the indoor market on Saturday, February 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Discovery Center. Lots of great local vendors offering a wide variety of items. [03:45] **Mayor Kevin Zabel:** You may have seen on social media, the first wall went up at the new Public Works facility yesterday.
