good morning welcome to the top of our result uh our committee week this is the zoning committee I am council member Marcy Collier Overstreet chair for the zoning commitment and I'd like to introduce my co-workers all my colleagues I have council member Matt Westmoreland said into my immediate right into my far left council member Liliana backyari and to my left I have council member Sun Dozier and we constitute a quorum so I am bringing this meeting to order let's get started by adopting the agenda moved by Liliana second by Westmoreland please prepare the vote is open the vote is closed
