Now, in your solicitation, it says in there K1 under 603, but I guess it got glossed over because Carmen Aretta Candeleria, she quit the CFO 23rd of September. It fell through the cracks. Miss Sed was in Detroit at a wedding. She called me said "Joe they have a meeting on the 28th, the meeting on the 29th, and the TAD vote is not on their agenda. What are you?" She's at a wedding. So, what I did, I called Michael Ryan, trustee. He contacted Miss Martinez, chair of the board. They cancelled the meeting on the 29th and they rescheduled for today securing the rights of your school district to vote.
