e e e e e e would approve a two-year agreement  with SEIU employees um providing a   6% wage increase each of the two  years of the contract number two um do you know the number  of SEIU members currently   out of our 3,000 Workforce  yes I believe I do it is 774 number two is your evening public hearing on  the operating budget which is the primary reason   for having the meeting on uh Thursday number  three uh would approve uh million dollars for   Traffic Safety improvements and traffic signal  upgrades around the city this is an annual   program page three number four would approve  an $826,000 contract for the final design and   construction of the realtime information center  and just to know that those costs will be Grant funded you have three items on non-consent  planning agenda the first item it is coming   to you as a zone change in District 4  there's a difference between the MPC   and the dab recommendations as well as  protest petitions that have been filed   number two is a zone change in District  Six uh with a difference between mapc and   dab recommendations and then on the next  page number three there's a zone change   in District One there's a recommendation from  mapc there was not a recommendation from the dab excuse me and and there are protest  petitions that have been filed that's   all I have on page four page five you have  a council member uh travel uh request on   page six I don't have anything to highlight  there page seven 4A uh would continue four   contracts that we have with um contract c s  for on Call repair work at the city's water   treatment uh plant this would add uh two  one-year terms to the existing three-year agreement uh number excuse me 4B would approve a  contract for condition assessments of the city's   storm water pump stations that's all I have  on that page on page eight number six would   approve an OU with the District of Columbia for 40  commission police officers to assist with Public   Safety duties during the 2025 inaugural event  um all expenses will be paid by uh District   of Columbia uh we sent a team four years ago as  well that's all I have on page eight page nine uh   number eight would approve the revised safety  plan for wiat Transit as required by the FDA   and number nine is the sale of a surplus  property I just wanted to note that the   sale price is actually higher than what the  city paid for the property on a square foot bases we need to do that more yeah yeah and I believe mayor that is all I have  to highlight for the eth can we go back to uh the   inaugural tax task force yes is it Revenue neutral  as far as do we have to pay overtime here to to   make up for those officers being gone um that's a  great question I'm going to assume that there will   be some overtime that will be our expense don't  have anyone from police but I think um they try to   so I understand it it's somewhat seniority based  but also trying to spread it across shifts I if I   remember what the chief told me so I think trying  to keep it the impact minimal to us uh while the   40 officers are gone okay but I'm not quite sure  what the estimate would be for overtime costs okay okay that's it do we have any presentations  today uh no there's not so just again a   reminder that the council meeting  will not be on Tuesday at 9:   but rather again Thursday August 8th at 6: p.m.  with um public comment regarding the budget which   will be the first public um comment full public  comment uh time uh for this upcoming budget any   council member comments just one reminder  for everyone Tuesday as a primary go vote and just everyone should keep in prayer  as a fallen firefighter I mean 27's any   age is young but 27 is really young  so keep him in our prayers and his family well thank you all very much thank you for
