THIS IS A VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY THAT'S LOCATED BETWEEN CENTRAL AVENUE AND TYLER STREET NORTHEAST. IT'S AN EXTENSION OF CEMETERY STREET NORTHEAST. YOU CAN SEE THERE'S A PORTION OF THAT RIGHT OF WAY IN THE RED HIGHLIGHTED IN THE SCREEN, THAT WOULD BE VACATED, THAT'S THE PROPOSAL. [3:18] SO THE APPLICANT IS THE PROPERTY OWNER OF THE TWO PARCELS DIRECTLY TO THE NORTH OF THIS SECTION OF RIGHT OF WAY. AS A RESULT OF THE VACATION IT WOULD BE DIVIDED INTO TWO AND SPLIT IN HALF THE PROPERTY OWNER AND THEIR NEIGHBOR TO THE SOUTH. [3:39] I THINK THIS PICTURE IS PRETTY INTERESTING. IT COSTS A LOT OF MONEY TO KIND OF PURSUE LAND USE APPLICATIONS AND THINGS LIKE THAT. AND SO DOING THAT WITHOUT HAVING CERTAINTY OVER KIND OF WHERE THE ACTUAL PROPERTY BOUNDARIES ARE IS NOT PRACTICAL, BECAUSE THAT WOULD INVOLVE REENGAGING IN THOSE DESIGN COSTS IF THE VACATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ULTIMATELY WERE DENIED IN A FUTURE STATE. SO IT'S NOT AN IMMINENT PROJECT BUT JUST TRYING TO CLARIFY WHAT LAND IS POTENTIALLY PART OF THE PROJECT IN THE FUTURE. AND THEN JUST WANTED TO MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE AS WELL. SO THAT'S [6:14] IT.
