Welcome back to the Monday Morning Minute  for March 23. Let's get 60 seconds on the clock and get started. First, a shout out to  Tartan basketball. The team is headed to the state tournament tomorrow, Tuesday, in class 4A  boys basketball. Tartan is the number one seed with a perfect season of 29 wins and 0 losses.  Tartan basketball last qualified for the state tournament in 2014. So, this is an exciting  achievement. Best of luck to our Tartan Titans. Property tax statements and valuation notices  will arrive soon, so watch your mail and take some time to review your property's assessed value  and tax details.
