Uh for possible executive session items, we have a uh discuss and consult with the city attorney for legal advice regarding ongoing litigation in the matter of Fuller v. City of Scottsdale case number CB 2020 052874 in Maricopa County Superior Court and Arizona Court of Appeals case number 1CA-CV24-0785 for the record and B uh to discuss and consult with the city attorney regarding legal advice discussion and consideration of the city's position and get possibly to give instruction instruction regarding House Bill 2447 uh 2025 legislative session chapter 31 as the bill relates to administrative approvals and the Scottsdale development review board process.
