hello everyone welcome to the November 15th 2023 city of Mesa Planning and Zoning Board public hearing uh we're going to begin by taking a roll call uh chair SS is here uh Vice chair pitcher is excused today board member Crockett here board member Peterson here board member Montes here board member blakeman here and lastly board member Carpenter here right thank you everybody for being here as part of the agenda we do have a consent agenda and it will be read into the record and acted on in one motion um these items on this agenda will not be discussed individually and today thankfully board member Crockett has offered to read the consent agenda for us thank you chair SS this is the consent agenda for Wednesday November 15 2023 approval of minutes from previous meetings minutes from the October 25 2023 Planning and Zoning meeting case z 22- 01233 Outlaw Trucking in District 2 within the 5300 block of East Main Street Southside located south of Main Street and East of Higley Road this is a major site plan modification this request will allow for a commercial development the staff recommendation is approval with conditions uh case z n 23- 005491 8700 to 9,000 blocks of East Warner Road Southside located south of Warner Road and West of Ellsworth Road this is a site plan review and special use permit this request will allow for the development of a data center the staff recommendation is approval with conditions case z n23 d210 East Market major land use budget transfer in district 6 with within the 9200 to 9400 blocks of East Ray Road North Side within the 9200 to 9300 blocks of point 22 Boulevard both sides within 9300 to 10,000 blocks of East Point 22 Boulevard North Side within the 4200 to 4700 blocks of Southeast Mark Parkway West Side within the 9200 to 9800 blocks of East Warner Road souths side and within The 4400 to 5200 blocks of South Ellsworth Road East Side located north of Ray Road and East of Ellsworth Road this is a major budget transfer this request will allow for the transfer of dwelling units approved for development unit 1 to development unit 34 North the recommendation of staff is to continue this to the January 10 20204 planning and zoning board meeting case z 23-4 416 private school for autism in district 6 within the 1400 block of South Clear viiew Avenue wests side and the 7100 block of East Hampton Avenue Southside located south of Southern Avenue and east of Power Road this is a council use permit this request will allow for the development of a private school the staff recommendation is approval with conditions case z 23- 00139 uh 4312 East University in District 2 within the 4300 block of East University Drive North Side located west of Greenfield Road on the north side of University Drive this is a site plan review a council use permit and special use permit this request will allow for a mini storage facility restaurant with a drive-thru facility and a multi-tenant building and a drive-through facility staff recommend recommendation is approval with conditions and finally case z 23- 00656 DHI Longbow Lots 2 through six in District 5 within the 3,000 block of North Recker road west side and within the 5900 block of East longbo Parkway Southside located north of mcdal Road and on the west side of Recker road this is a preliminary flat for a five lot subdivision staff recommendation is approval with conditions thank you board member Crockett and I'm guessing we don't have any blue cards just to make sure we're good there okay I would like to request a motion to approve the consent agenda as red move to approve the consent agenda AZ and is there a second second all right all in favor please vote if it'll work there we go okay unanimous approval with board uh Vice chair pitcher not being here the can set and Jen is approved hey do Jason and J you know about the Christmas sweater situation yes yeah okay so sorry got distracted by someone here for a second so anything else from staff for this meeting chair no additional items today okay so I would uh love to request a motion to adjourn the public meeting I move that we adjourn the public meeting second someone second all right all in favor please vote what I was asking is if we had to discuss all right we're nously adjourned at this time thank you everybody appreciate [Music] it
