Agenda item number one. A.H. Meadows Elementary School. Block a lot one. A public school on one lot on 8.9 acres, located at the southeast corner of 18th Street and Rigsby Drive. Zoned Single Family residence seven. The applicant is Plano Independent School District. This item is for administrative consideration. Good evening commissioners. My name is Caroline Stuart, planner with the planning department. The applicant is requesting to abandon an existing 15 foot drainage easement to expand the playground. Staff recommends approval, and I'm available for any questions that you may have. Commissioners, any questions for staff? Mr. Tong, quick question. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. So after the abandoned the easement, did they reroute the drainage or what do they do with the drainage? So there is an existing storm line that will remain after the easement is abandoned. So they're wanting to add a canopy over and over the playground. And in order to do that the drainage easement does need to be removed. Just comment that that drainage does not need to be in a public easement. It's only serving the one property. So it can be a private drainage, in which case they can then build on top of it. Thank you. Any other questions for staff? Commissioner Bronsky. So will the canopy. Will that provide any. Drainage related issues concerning the property as a whole, and how the water might be redirected because of the canopy? Not that I'm aware of. No. Okay. Thank you. Commissioners, any other questions for staff? None. Okay. I'll open the public hearing. Do we have any speakers on this item? There are none. Okay. Close, close the public hearing. Any commissioner runoff. Mr. Chairman, I move that we approve item number one, as recommended by staff. Commissioner binder, I second the motion. All right. We have a motion and a second. Please vote. Motion passes 7 to 0. Any other items for the commission this evening? No, sir. All right. We will stand adjourned at 6:04 p.m. Thank you very much. Thank you.
