and IRBs for manufacturing warehouse and  distribution facility on Eisenhower Avenue. Number three would approve uh Mount Vernon and  hydraulic intersection improvement project. Number   four would approve changes to the city's common  consumption area provisions to accommodate the   creation of a common consumption area in Deleno.  It's all I have for that page. Excuse me, nothing   on the next page. On consent agenda number 3A,  that would extend a contract for assistance with   startup and commissioning of the new water plant.  Uh even though u we're extending this contract,   there would be no additional cost. B would approve  an IT infrastructure contract. That was 3B,   excuse me. Um, next page, item six would  approve a settlement of a claim involving   a police vehicle accident. Number seven  would approve a grant application for the   purchase of two hybrid buses and five electric  vans. That is, oh, excuse me. The last page,   item 11, would approve an expanded scope of  services for the construction of a perimeter   fencing at Jabara. That's all I have on July  8th. July 15th. This is a preliminary agenda. We have one person uh on the  public agenda already. On page two,   number one would approve a $21 million IRB  issue for the redevelopment of Town West   Square. Number two would establish a public  hearing date for the consideration of a CI   and redevelopment project plan for a fullervice  hotel project located at 221 South Broadway. Number three, uh would approve the 2026  annual operating budget and the 10-year   capital improvement program. Excuse me,  you would not approve. You would receive   the budget and that would start our process then  for public hearings. If you want to approve it,   that would be great, but um next item um would  um let me see kind of place my notes here.   uh would approve an amendment to the city's  urban growth area boundary as recommended by   the planning commission. Number five would  approve the College Hill neighborhood plan   which has been in development for over a year.  Number six would approve the pl uh placement   of the Crown Uptown Theater on the city's register  of historic places. Number seven would approve IMA   Financial Group as the city's insurance banker, a  broker, excuse me. Uh, number seven would approve   a design concept and budget for the 29th and  Broadway intersection improvement project. Um, don't have anything until consent. Agenda 3A  would approve two contracts for MABC demolition   and site clearing services. 3B would approve  contract for the mowing of tall grass and   weed nuisance properties. 3C would modify the  scope of existing custodial service contracts,   actually reducing the scope of those contracts  consistent with the project that we've shared   with you on amendments to our custodial  budget. 3D would approve a contract for   design build of an interpretive playground  at Prock Wetlands Park. Next page. Settle   number seven is approving a settlement of a  claim related to a transit vehicle accident. And I believe that is all I have at this time. Thank you, city manager. Any comments from  council members? I see none. I will just say   happy Independence Day to everyone. City Hall  will be closed tomorrow. Have a great weekend.
