thank you everybody so as part of today's agenda we have a consent agenda that will be read into the record and acted as one in one motion they will not be discussed individually and thankfully uh board member carpenter has offered to read the consent agenda for us today you didn't ask if there's any card oh there are no cards I believe correct we have no blue cards chair that is correct thank you Troy wants this job right all right the consent consent agenda of the October 11th 2023 Planning and Zoning Board public hearing the items of the consent agenda are uh approval of minutes from previous meetings uh 2 a pz 23129 minutes of the September 20th 2023 study session and special meeting uh 2B pz 23130 minutes from the September 27th 2023 study session and regular meeting uh 3A Z 23-00 518 lot two and lot 3 within the 9 9100 block of East read the district oh I'm sorry District Five uh within the 9100 block of East University Drive and within the 200 block of North Ellsworth Road on the West Side uh located south of University Drive and west of of Ellsworth Road uh site plan review the review will allow for two restaurants with drive-throughs staff recommendation approval with conditions item 3B Z 23-0 590 salad and go 1185 District 1 within the 1800 block of East melbs Road located north of melp Road and West of Gilbert Road um major site plan modifications and amending conditions of approval of uh for case number z121 d002 0 6 this request will allow for a restaurant with a drive-thru um staff recommendations approval with conditions um item 4 a z 22- 01102 Mesa Azure Hotel expansion District 4 within the 600 block of East Mesa or excuse me East Main Street located east of Mesa Drive and south of Main Street site plan review the request will allow for the expansion of an existing Hotel uh staff recommendation recommendation approval with conditions item 4B Z 22- 01311 48th Street in Ingram in District 2 within the 1700 block of North 48th Street and within the 4700 block of East Ingram Street located west of Hy Road and south of melops road reone from light indust industrial to light industrial with a bonus intensity Zone overlay and site plan review this request will allow for Industrial Development staff recommendation approval with conditions item 4 c z 23- 00501 Walmart expansion uh district 6 within the six within the 6,000 to 6300 blocks of Southern Avenue and within the 600 block of East Superstition Springs Boulevard located west of Power Road and south of Southern Avenue major site plan modifications and amending the conditions of approval of case number for case number ZN 99- 043 this request will allow for the expansion of an existing Walmart staff recommendation approval with conditions item 4D Z 23- z545 Starbucks at University in Valvista District 1 within the 400 to 500 blocks of North Valvista Drive and within 3500 block of East University Drive located west of alvista drive and north of University Drive major site plan modification and amending conditions for approval for case number Z1 16-33 and special use permit the this request will allow for the restaurant with the drive-thru a staff recommendation continue to the October 25th 2023 planning and zoning board meeting um let's see thank you item 5A Z 23- z755 Gallery Park replat 3 district 6 within the 4,900 to 5200 blocks of South Power Road and within the 6800 to 7,000 blocks of East raay Road located north of raay Road and East of Power Road preliminary plot this request will allow for a large commercial center uh Power 202 mixed use oh uh staff recommendations approval with conditions all right thank you very much so with that we'll take a roll call for actually never mind I need to get a motion to approve the consent agenda is read I'll move to approve the consent agenda is read and is there a second I second them take a vote on approval of that and we need two verbals so board member Crockett I vote I board member Montes I all right and with that the consent agenda passes unanimously thank you everybody we do have one item that needs to be discussed for a second right Rachel and that is item uh 4E so we do not need the presentation for this one but we do need to record board member Blake vs you got it yes I'm recusing myself from this item okay and so we do not need to do any kind of presentation we could just you can entertain a motion entertain a motion to pass that move to approve item 4E Z 23- z548 dsv district 6 within the 9200 to 9800 blocks of East Pacos Road located north of Pacos Road and East of ellworth Road modification of an existing planned area development overlay major site plan modification and amending conditions of approval for case number Z 22- 00268 this request will allow for an industrial development uh recommendation is approval with conditions all right thank you is there a second second thank you we will vote to pass this one verbal board member Crockett I vote I and board member Montes I all right and that motion passes with board member blakeman's abstaining and unanimously passes everyone else with that is there any other announcements or things that you want to tell us about Rachel board chair member chair board members um just a reminder that we have a special meeting next week yep so but that would be all all right thank you is there a motion
