So we're extremely excited to have them here. I'm just sharing with them a few minutes ago that my wife's already been in here and given the like double thumbs up, so I've been hearing a lot of positive comments. So we are excited to have them here that this uh opening actually completes the entire uh building in here, so all the spots in the center is open, is filled, and that is probably the first time. I was talking to our building inspectors uh and this is probably the first time this building's been 100 percent in as many years that I've been a little guy here in Cottage Grove. So it's been a long time coming and we've got great quality tenants and Ulta is one of them. I did want to share a few things about Ulta that I thought were pretty pretty awesome.
