Uh this is a proposal to close an easement between um the old Molton Hospital and the library and they're doing this to further future development. Now, the problem I have and I, my wife and I, we've been working in this community since 1993. And we studied and we went to see people that uh has something to do with the money that comes into North Tulsa every year since 1969. And the city of Tulsa has just told North Tulsa to go to hell. We going to do what we want to do. Now, this is an entitlement area. The only area in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that comes with a money and a plan. And the city has taken over all of that. But now they're using a selected group of Negroes to help them plan this. This is not the way that's set up. Now, I'm not happy about putting a incubator service in that uh library. I'm not happy about using the old Martin Center as a place to do that. And here's why. First of all, it did not come to the public. And I am part of the public and will be as long as I'm able to walk. Well, as long as I'm here, if I'm able to get up and come down here, I'mma be down here voicing my opinion because it's my opinion and I'm going to give it. Don't care who lack it. So, as looking in North Tulsa in the last, let's say 25 years, uh there's a problem. And the people that's living over there that are black need to get off their tails and start working for their community because the community is changing. And it's changing in a bad way. A very bad way. If you black and live in this entitlement area, it's time to get your butts up and do something. Okay. Next speaker, please. >> I pass. >> Our next speaker is Bernice Alexander. >> I pass. Okay. Any is that all the speakers? >> We have no other speakers. >> Okay. And may the light they shine and the oil of joy they share be multiplied into their lives. Honorable counselors, yes, in support of this Hanukkah winter festival scheduled for Yes, in support of this.
