i pledge allegiance to the flag of the  United States of America and to the republic under God indivisible with liberty and justice for City Manager Leighton thank you um July 1st  agenda uh page two you have two items under   unfinished oh no excuse me i think I'm ahead of  myself here i am okay on this agenda you have   uh new council business item number one would  approve on call contracts for the purchase of   promotional items and brand services uh number two  would approve a paving project for the 1600 block   of South Eisenhower Court page three number three  would approve the design concept supplemental   design contract and funding for improvements  to Maple from 135th to 167 Streets West um down at the bottom of that page council  member agenda number one uh you need to   select an appeal panel for a suspension of  tobacco and CMB licenses in district one so   one of you is already assigned to that panel  and I nominate the people who are not here  i think it's five and six this No I  think it's the people who are not here truly be decided by you and that staff so thank  you uh next page number four is a payment uh it's   a claim settlement related to an accident with a  police vehicle it's all I have on that page and   actually that's all I have for Tuesday's agenda  the highlight for July 8th preview of that agenda   i um this is where we have two items of unfinished  business the first one would approve the issuance   of a multifamily residential revenue bond um  for an affordable housing project in district   1 number two would appre approve a triple net  lease with Sabore for space in Oldtown on new   council business number one would receive and file  the annual comprehensive financial report plus the   popular pop popular annual financial report  number two would approve a letter of intent   to issue $3.6 million in IRBs for a manufacturing  warehousing and distribution facility on the next   page number three would approve Mount Vernon  and hydraulic intersection improvement project   number four would approve changes  to the common consumption provisions   uh of the cities to accommodate the creation  of a common consumption district in Deleno um next page 3A would extend a contract for  assistance with startup and commissioning of the   new water plant no additional cost is associate  associated with the extension uh 3B would approve   IT infra an IT infrastructure contract number six  would approve the settlement of a claim involving   a police vehicle next page number seven would  approve grant application for two hybrid buses   and five hybrid vans and these hybrid vans would  serve up not just in paratransit but allow us to   start experimenting with microtransit as well  that is all I have for the July 8th meeting summer break yeah uh you've got plenty of  budget work to do comments from council members mayor I see no comments so right well if there  are no comments and uh no announcements uh I   just want to say thank you all um yesterday we had  our mayor's briefing and had a lot of information   and so I encourage people to watch that um also  tonight um there are multiple events happening   around our community and so get involved and  get engaged thank you all very much and have   a wonderful weekend thank you thank you
