like to call this meeting to order I am joined by my colleagues council members foki over Street Shook and doer we constitute a quorum I will make a motion to adopt our agenda second by shook the vote are approved next up on our agenda is public comment members of the public are allowed 3 minutes to speak on items that have not or will not go before the zoning review board we have one person signed
