hello welcome everybody to the August 23rd 2023 Mesa planning and zoning board meeting we're welcome everyone here I will Begin by taking a roll call and um we'll start with myself chair Ayers uh Vice chair pitcher here board member Crockett here board member Peterson here board member blakeman here board member Carpenter here and board member Montez is absent today so as part of the agenda we have a consent agenda but I do want to go to staff first to see if we've received any common cars or anyone that would like to speak on any item on the agenda today I am still waiting for confirmation from staff in the booth it looks like the um public might be trying to call in okay so should we be safe and just we'll just hang out anybody want to tell a joke or we'll give it a couple minutes okay we'll see with that I don't think everybody wants to listen to me talk the whole time though do they yeah I do foreign I don't know any good jokes I will say technology is not my friend so you don't want me back there dealing with this is it Zoom it's probably Zoom okay all right so nobody's on the line so it looks like we're good okay then we'll proceed is it so as part of the today's meeting we have a consent agenda and that will be read into the record enacted in one motion and this will they will not be discussed individually in the meeting here today and we have one of our board members has volunteered to do that so board member blakeman I'll turn the time over you to read the consent agenda thank you item 2A pz23101 min August 9 2023 study session and regular meeting item three a pz23102 zon two three zero zero three five five bright path daycare District Six within the 10 900 block of East Guadalupe Road located east of Signal Butte Road on the north side of Guadalupe Road major site plan modification and amending the conditions of approval for case number z15037 this request will allow for the development of a daycare facility recommendation staff recommendation is approval with conditions okay thank you very much board member well again with that we will actually go to a void for this entertain a motion to approve the I consider Jenna I will move that we approve the consent agenda as has been read thank you very much is there a second second all right and we will go ahead and vote and with the unanimous everyone here voting yes on that the consent agendas approved I'll turn the time if there's anything from the staff that we need to be updated on for today's meeting uh chair nothing to add thank you all right appreciate that well then with that I'll turn the time back over like entertain a motion to adjourn our study or our board meeting I'll move that we adjourn our studies or our board meeting today second so second and vote please yet another unanimous vote to and the board meeting today it looks like unfortunately you're holding us up thank you thank you everybody for being here
