Uh, our attorney has advised us we're going to have to go into a closed session concerning White Bear Lake Fire Department contract. That's correct. And I I think what we'll do is if we don't have anybody here, but we'll put it after open time so we can clear the room in case someone shows. Otherwise, does the board have anything? I while we issue it, I think we need to make it the applicant should contact the state because I believe cannabonoid products are now to the total purview of the state in terms of licensing. I thought that was pretty much specified in the in the contract or in the the what do you call it? Uh in the regulation. Yeah. Yes. That's why I'm wondering why we're still issuing a license to them. Well, shouldn't we have stopped it at at the office? I believe so. And I mean it doesn't hurt to issue it because but I don't think it doesn't I think it's a useless license. We get money for it. I think so. We'll take his money. That's I just want to point that out that you know may maybe we should pull that one off to the Leave it on just in case I'm wrong. All right. Right. It says to recommend approval. So, I thought we reviewed this last month anyway, or was it at the exact meeting? Yeah. I know Dale went over this uh grant at uh the exec meeting. It's for putting in those baffles at uh Silver Lake area or Silver Fox area. uh and uh I know he talked about it at the last exec meeting and said that he would be putting it on this agenda for uh final approval and for signatures. Well, I I do remember talking about it at the executive meeting and based on the staff review and recommendation, I'll make a motion to approve the 2025 storm water management grant agreements for Silver Fox area, the Saff Baffles project and the Bair Beach underground storm water storage system project.
