Turning the page to have a couple finish council business items. The first one being a campaign finance rules. You might recall that council deferred this on January 16 to March 5th pending comment from the District Advisory Boards. Your package should have a summer that with us. So different from January 16th of March 5th, you should have feedback in your packet summarizing the Data Inc. At the top of Page. 3 is another item that was defer. This item was deferred from the February 20th meeting to March 5th relates to an in the parking near Washington, Water Monopoly. One and 2 are extension priority exemptions for cargo. Item. Number 3 is a facade improvement at one. 26 North Saint Different than how we've handled improvements in the past coming out of a council workshop that took place in late 2023. just try to prove and instead leveraging our facade create a community of improvement. Item. Number 4, see it project to renovate Orpheum Theater. 1.1 million Dollar project. Turn to Page 4 conveyance of land from the city of Wichita to WSU Nku for the Environment 1.9 acres. Item number 6 is an item that development services Troy Anderson, of the working closely with the fire chief and fire marshal is amendment to the code that would eliminate the deadline to complete a survey and install bio directional amplifiers systems although we are proposing staff of the pope proposing to amend the code to eliminate the exemption that still could be ordered if necessary for public safety. Item. Number 7 is a grant application that would provide 1.1 million dollars in to provide for personal protection equipment were firefighters there is a 15% match that 1.3 million dollars includes a match. The city's portion of the fire department's portion would be a corporation to the revised 2024 budget. Item number 8 as a dog park improvement This park, a dog park painters to park was named after a canine rooster which killed in the line of duty. Want to highlight that project and the funding we're putting into that dog Park. Item number 10, the city which star handles child care licensing and for the state we submitted grant application that funds two-thirds of those costs. The remaining one 3rd is funded local. Top of Page 5 is a block grant application to the Department of Energy for Want to highlight that? The projects that we're going to fund receipt of grant or identified not only by staff, but in partnership with state of board. So the board is active and identifying projects that would improve our community. Item number 12 is not going cip project for the replacement of large water meters. The item is a binding resolution necessary to continue the project. That's rp funding currently corporate our cip.
