welcome to the February 28 2024 city of Mesa planning and zoning board meeting um we will begin the meeting by taking roll call my name is Jeff pitcher I am Vice chair of the board board member Crockett here board member Peterson here board member montz here board member blakeman here board member Carpenter here and chair uh errors is excused today as part of the uh today's agenda we'll have a consent agenda that will be read into the record enacted in one motion um they will not be discussed individually unless something is coming off if we have any blue cards are there any thank you very much so I'll introduce uh board member Montes who has gracefully volunteered graciously volunteered to uh to read the the uh the motion today okay items on the consent agenda um approval of minutes from the previous meeting pz 24016 minutes from the February 14 2024 regular Planning and Zoning meeting we are recommending to the city council on the following zoning cases three a z n 23-00 594 Meridian 24 district 6 within the 6400 to 6700 blocks of South Meridian Road located north of posos road on the west side of Meridian Road site plan review and amending the conditions of approval for case number 01- 045 this request will allow for an industrial development staff recommendation approval with conditions item 4 a Z1 23- 0094 Larry H Miller Ford District 4 within the 1600 to 1900 blocks of South Mesa Drive and within the 400 to 600 blocks of East Auto Center Drive located north of Baseline Road on the east side of n drive rezone from light industrial with the planned area development overlay to light industrial with a new planned area development overlay and major site plan modification this request will allow for the modification to two automobile dealerships staff recommendation approval with conditions thank you do I have a motion to approve the consent agenda move to approve the consent agenda is read do I have a second second let's vote board member Crockett I vote I and board member Carpenter I vote I as well looks like everyone is in favor is there um that is uh is approved so is there anything else that we need to address today uh Vice chair pitcher there are no additional items no updates from planning no additional updates from planning thank you very much uh this concludes the February 28 2024 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board uh do I have a motion to adjourn a motion to adjourn do I have a second second we are adjourned we didn't vote oh we we can vote willing
