[6:55] John Mulder: so um we do this every year um [7:02] and the only free schedule chains that we have this year are the improposed increases in the water and sewer rates um those rates are approximately four percent for water two and a half percent for um sewer um those are in line with what the increase is they're actually less than the increases that we've had from duluth and wlsd and in line with um the raid study that we had had done a number of years ago by ellers

[9:08] John Geissler: second geisler
[9:10] Mayor Boucher: motion by councillor nelson second by councillor geisler mr mulder a description
[9:16] John Mulder: um so this is again something we do every year with the delinquent utilities [9:18] we send a notice to those residents that are delinquent in september and this year without actually october giving them a notice that if they don't pay by a certain date um they will be the delinquent amounts will be put on their taxes they're given an opportunity to have a hearing in front of the utilities commission they had until november 2nd to make that request the utility commission met on november 12th nobody attended at that meeting and then this list has decreased by a number of um people because they came in and paid after they got that notice so um this is the kind of the last step in that process where this um these items will get put on the [10:05] county on their taxes for next year
[10:09] Mayor Boucher: thank you do we have any questions or comments by council mr geisler
