FDOT, WHO IS THE REVIEWING AGENCY FOR STATE ROADS, FOUND, AND I WILL QUOTE ADDIE IS PUTTING THIS UP AS WELL AND IN FDOT SAID OUR REPORT HAS NO IMPACT ON STATE RESEARCH FACILITIES WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION. THE TWO DIRECTLY CONFLICT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE FLORIDA COMMERCE DEPARTMENT.
