So one is for the summary publication of the proposed ordinance 891, the other is approval of that ordinance. It is the last step that we need to um statutorily um do to comply with the imposition of the new local option sales tax which will go into effect as you can see on the resolution or on the ordinance um on April 1st of 2023. So it's just the final step so and it's been published for 10 days.
[1:33] **Mayor Paul Rinke**: So counselors, do you have any questions of um about the ordinance or the publication process? Let's take them one at a time. Let's do the um amending the code of ordinances so can I have a motion on that please?
[1:50] **Council Member Kevin Zabel**: I'll make a motion waived resolution number 2022-140 was proven the summary publication of ordinance number 891 by title and summary.

We've got some really phenomenal developments coming down the pike and um uh it's been a good ride. So thank you very much. And Paul, uh I did just some quick math in my head—468 meetings for you over your time. Is that right?
