If you would like to talk about an item that's not on the agenda, please complete a blue speaker card and give that one to the officer in the back of the room. Items that are not on the agenda are heard at the end of the voting meeting. Glendel has seven city council members. Mayor Jerry Wyers, Vice Mayor Lauren Tomachoff of the Choya District, Council Member Diana Guzman of [music] the Yucka District, Council Member Leandro Baldengro of the Yakato District, [clears throat] Council Member Bart Turner of the Barrel District, Council Member Ray Melnar of the Sorro District, and Council Member Lupe Konchas of the Cactus District. Welcome to Glendel City Council meeting in November 25th, 2025. This meeting is called to order. Council member Balden Agro's absence is going to be excused tonight. All other members are here. So if you could take a note on that, please. Uh with that, if everyone please stand. Uh and uh first part of uh what we'll be doing is the invocation. Pledge of Allegiance will be second. The invocation is going to be delivered by Pastor Eddie Paul Morris uh from Prepare the Way International Church. If it's appropriate and you're wearing a hat, if it's appropriate, remove it. I thank you for these men and women that you have chosen to lead this great city of Glendale. God, I thank you that you have plans and purposes that uh may not even be seen yet. So, Father, I ask God that you would give supernatural wisdom to each individual. God, I thank you that decisions would be made that would cause uh those decision makers to feel good about the decision. I pray your blessing would be so strong upon each family member, God, each person, God, each uh concern, God, even those things. I I just ask that you would give wisdom that would bring uh just greater clarity, God, even to the direction that the city goes. And I just thank you right now, God, that each heart, each mind is blessed and that there would be great peace even into the Thanksgiving season and into the holiday season.
