Uh the items on the consent agenda are item two, approval of the minutes from the planning and zoning board uh for January 28th, 2026. And then item 3A z25-0000774 Blue Sky Pest Control 2.4 acres located at the northwest corner of East Ray Road and South 71st Street. Major site plan modification and amending conditions of approval number 1 and two of ordinance number 5699. This request will allow for a 26,000 ft industrial building in district 6. Staff recommend recommendation is approval with conditions. And then item 3B, Z125-0000326, RMDC Dance Studio, 1 acre located approximately 350 ft east of the southeast corner of East Warner Road and South Mountain Road. Reszone from limited commercial to limited commercial with a bonus intensity zone overlay and site plan review to allow for the development of a 15,344 square ft commercial building in district 6.
