welcome to the march 9th 2022 city of mesa planning and zoning board public hearing we'll begin by taking a roll call for our board members board member peterson here board member airs absent board member crockett here board member alan here board member boyle i am here vice chair villanueva saucedo here and chair circusian is here as part of today's agenda we have a consent agenda and will be read into the record act in one motion will not be discussed individually on today's uh consent agenda we do have a couple changes so item three a is being sacrification recommendation is to continue to the march 23rd planning and zoning board so that will be moved to that um date and move to the consent agenda so we do have some people who wish to speak today so that um those will be for in two weeks um also on item three b z one twenty one zero one two nine one we do have one comment that um from georgia keys who is opposed to the item but did not wish to speak and had no other comments so with that i will introduce board member crockett who will read the consent agenda thank you chair circusian the consent agenda for the planning and zoning board public hearing for wednesday march 9 2022 is as follows item 2a is the minutes from the february 23rd 2022 study session and regular meeting item 3a is case zon21-01237 in district five within the 5600 to 5800 blocks of east mcdowell road and within the 2800 block of north 58th circle located west of wrecker road on the north side of mcdowell road this is a site plan review the staff recommendation here has been modified today to continue to the march 23rd 2022 planning and zoning meeting agenda item 3b is case zon 21-01291 in district 6 within the 9 400 to 9 600 blocks of east elliot road within the 3500 block of south 94th place and within the 3500 block of south 96th street located east of ellsworth road on the north side of elves of elliott road this is a site plan review it is a request that will allow for an industrial development the staff recommendation is approval with conditions agenda item 4a is case zon 21-0356 in district six within the five thousand to fifty two hundred blocks of south seventy first street and within the seven thousand block of east ray road located east of power road on the north side of ray road this is a rezone from light industrial with a planned area development overlay to a light industrial with planned area development overlay and bonus intensity zone overlay and a site plan review this request will allow for the development of an industrial building the staff recommendation is approval with conditions agenda item 4b is case zon21-0113 in district 1 within the 2300 block of east brown road located east of gilbert road on the north side of brown road this is a site plan review it is a request that will allow for the development of a medical office building the staff recommendation is approval with conditions agenda item 4c is case zon 21-0116 in district 5 within the 6500 block of east mccallups road and within the 1900 block of north 66th street located west of power road on the south side of mckellips road this is a rezone from neighboring neighborhood commercial with a bonus intensity zone overlay to neighborhood commercial this is a site also a site plan modification and special use permit this request will allow for the development of a daycare facility with outdoor activities the staff recommendation is approval with conditions and finally agenda item 4d is case zon 21-01219 in district 1 within the 300 block of west mccallups road and within the 1900 block of north country club drive located on the southeast corner of mccallups road and country club drive this is a re-zone from limited commercial to limited commercial with a bonus intensity zone overlay and a site plan review this request will allow for the development of a restaurant with a drive-through staff recommendation is approval with conditions thank you do i have here a motion so moved is there a second second all right all in favor of the consent agenda board member allen hi board member boyle aye board member ayers is absent and the consent agenda passes all right that is the entire agenda for today um is there anything else from steph no madam chair thank you all right so thank you guys for being here and uh that other item has continued to the march 23rd so all right thank you so much is there a motion to adjourn so moved second all in favor aye all right you've already voted yes so thank you so much have a good six months we did it personally [Music] [Music] you
