the story of Solomon and he could have asked for anything but instead he asked for wisdom to lead the people so father that's what we ask for tonight that you would give us wisdom on how to lead well father I pray for peace and comfort in this place that as things might get a little tense at times father that your calmness would just fall on this place that you would be exalted above all and that we would realize that you are in charge of it all we ask these things in your son's name amen flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation God indivisible withy cible mayor and Council our first uh item of action will be approval of the minutes from the April 23rd and April 30th Council meetings got a motion and a second Council any other discussion please vote council member lorf I think just keep going it's okay for now thank you oh he's a yes there you go thumbs up motion carries that concludes all the action item mayor thank you Janette our first Speaker this evening is Bob Willoughby followed by Bishop Kirkland okay going start the video look for ways to join hands TR to sound I will attack problems not people just ask a question that's all I did there's no question in what you just stated I just your behavior especially towards Miss Scot has really rised the level of harassment it's intimidating and it makes people fearful I understand if you don't recognize that that's coming from you but it is all of us have been subject to it you have followed people to the parking garage you have yelled and screamed and we are no longer going to subject our city employees to that type of behavior so you have been appropriately warned by our City attner attorney lean Guzman I would absolutely heed the warning and do not cross the line and contact Miss Scot am I okay short video because I want to make a comment to that there so you can't do that the mayor gets a you get the last word and we leave and we don't get to say anything so you you said just a bunch of Lies there what you said 100% lies anytime you want to come on our program to the public and defend that then then you're welcome to it's always been open for any council member to come on our and Charles is not here but I'm not going Charles anymore but he should come on our program I don't want to have to chase you the camera there no way to get questions Charles we need you to come on and just confront the questions be honest and that would be good okay most of you council members don't realize that or I don't know way I see it when you turn a blind eye to corruption you're just you're more guil guilty than the one doing it I mentioned about the police funds the the CCP funds there's a problem there you didn't answer okay nevertheless let's get back to Mayor Maddie Parker here what she's doing to me there's nothing like watching this and see you sit there and lie like that that's unbelievable I'll tell you and you know here's something that I really got a problem with you took away our right to speak at City Council Members meetings FR lies about it he says we're talking now maybe we're talking but it's see it's censored it'll be censored what you say so you ain't got free speech here anymore we had it before Matty Mark Parker got here we had free speech we don't have it anymore every city in DFW has a Public Presentation this is not a council meeting be educated it's not a council meeting this is a public comment meeting on the council meeting we're not on there okay also I don't know how you can Stam these kids you told me took away free speech because no one cared well what about them they're not old enough to care yet and you took their right away and you take your picture with them that is so disgusting there our next speaker is Bishop Kirkland followed by Cassie will M mayor canel I would first like to start by thanking each of you for reaching out to me doing some recent issues I've been going through and special thanks to my favorite Spar partner Miss bibbens who has personally prayed for me um I want to say thank you um allow me to say this that Miss Martinez you don't really know me I'm want to City activist and I always speak politically correct um I always say nice things I always dot my eyes and cross my tee yeah don't believe that at all but um and I don't apologize for being a man of strong words because my conviction is strong and being an ex well not an ex-marine a former Marine uh sometimes my my language is strong and I don't mean any um undue rest or horm by that um recently the mayor not the mayor the media put a tag on our police chief because he used a word called pissed off and some of our vernacular it's a ugly word it's a bad word but if our chief was not pissed off about what's happening on Las Vegas Trail I would be moved to the highest point of festivity to not express his outrage for what is going on on Las Vegas Trail I am glad that this one the gang bangers didn't get the rap for this and we know it because any of us been around for a while miss bivans we know um Chris that there would be some retaliation by now that someone will go in someone else's community and shoot up their community so um so they didn't get this one I I I really want to see something done uh Mr Crane thank you I'm interested in sitting down with you to see what's going on it has to be cleaned up and a lot of times when we say cleaned up it could be a rough play a rough stage in that and and I'm aware of that and I'm willing to go through some of the rough stages the only thing I am asking the only thing I'm asking is councel my chief his Command Staff is is is make sure some people over there that look like I look that speak like I speak and understand say that a lot of times we're not being aggressive because we talk with our hands I do ministry work in West Africa and they often talk with their hands and but Carlos for a minute I was kind of like what's going on here then I realized that my people here at home are the same way I don't want to see it look like the 60s and we're going to go over and crack some heads because everyone there does not deserve to be policed they deserve to be served thank you and I'm looking forward to work working with this group to handle that issue thank you Bishop Kirkland our next speaker is Cassie will followed by Carlos terus good evening my name is Cassie I am the national event director for Luca Latinos unite for conservative action first and foremost I want to I want to thank you for the opportunity to speak in in front of everyone to tonight um I would like to tell you about an event that happened on April 19th as I do every morning I woke up and got my kids ready for school a neighbor had texted me and said I think you should go outside of your house um and look as I walk outside of my house I see two protesters with signs saying Luca's hate is not welcome in Fort Worth I'm trying to gather my thoughts I wonder how in the world these people got my personal information excuse me I'm Al the these people are the ones causing the radicalization of our country I believe the city of Fort Worth granted these paid agitators access to my personal information which was required to which was required when I set up an event uh for for my event on April the 20th this clearly shows one of two things first that one or more employees of the city uh that do not uh support or understand the rights we have to free speech or secondly the city cannot keep our personal information information secure it it was our goal as an organized group of citizens to communicate our views in an open public space instead our event was cancelled and the opposing party was given the opportunity to personally Target me and protest me at my personal house which I have a special needs child the city needs to understand the message this sends to the community and it should expect expect concerned citizens to demand an explanation to demand the right to be treated fairly equ and without concern that paid agitators will show up at their house and Target them we may we take a responsibility for our message and deserve the right to engage in the public space if the city will not allow this then we that we have seen thank you um I actually want to say thank you to Mr you're good you're yes go ahead um we do sorry the city will allow this these interactions could take place on the sidewalks of our children children walking to school which is unaccept unacceptable and is threatening our communities we demand a full investigation to ensure this doesn't happen again this should not happen to anyone regardless of race religion gender or political party thank you Mr Alan Block and Charles for checking on me thank you Cassie I'm sorry to cut you off our next speaker is Carlos turos followed by Michael Strickland okay okay uh my name is caros CIO and I'm the executive director for Latino United for conservative action um today I just want to talk about the fact that the city of for worth um really did a horrible job and the way they handled our application process uh we paid for the reservation for the victory Forest Park Community Center we did the application I know one of your employees says that we did not fill out the application correctly okay well if that's the case why the heck didn't they tell us the very minute we submitted the application why they wait less than 48 hours before our April 20th event to tell us that the event is cancelled and not only that but an email and it's in writing it's in writing it's from y'all's events director parks and wreck and hopefully y'all hold them accountable but he says that he went to our Latinos unit for conserve action website and said that our value statement is deemed discriminatory to the city of forworth can you imagine that imagine if they did that to a black lives matter group or a Jewish organization not only that but we found out that an a left-wing individual decided to report us and say that it is deemed hateful it is deemed anti-transgender it's deemed you know discriminatory well if we use that argument that it's anti- this then no one is going to be allowed to go to a community center if a Jewish organization decides to make an event at a community center all it's going to take as a Palestinian group to say that they're anti- Palestinian and they get shut down what yall did what the city did is disgusting Abel Garcia is not a hateful individual I recommend yall to meet him he is a 26-year-old young man who went through hell with the pharmaceutical industry has a lot of trauma and has a good story to tell if you go back and look at our videos you'll actually see that he's very very peaceful he's very kind there's nothing hateful from this event we were just clearly talking about the effects of transgenderism and general reassignment surgury because I think we need to have a debate I don't think we should be sugarcoating things and saying that oh well you have a different opinion therefore we need to shut you down no this country was built on freedom of speech if someone was to say that they support black lives matter and they want to make a Community Center event right there they're afraid to do that I don't agree with their Progressive rhetoric but they're free to do that there and I'm not going to go and report and say oh that organization is anti-white no they have the right to freedom of speech the first man needs to be respected y'all need to do your job superintendent scrier and cartel Ramos from for FD are gone from for FD I urge you to take action before it's too late thank you our next speaker is Michael Strickland followed by Meredith gross okay let's see first time doing one of these uh my name is Michael Strickland I a concerned citizen from around the Marine Creek Reservoir area I have been trying to get a hold of somebody in your monotony no not Mony giant tangle web of bureaucrats and people who just want to sit on their ass and do nothing about some animals that are being killed around the reservoir specifically protect both state and federally protected animals such as grows bats uh other birds of prey that habitats have been destroyed especially during mating season and when they're hatching their eggs that I believe it actually is in District 2 under Carlos Flores where they are building houses to displace everything to try and deal with the wrong outcome for the housing crisis and it's taken me over two and a half months to try and get anyone to do anything and both local state and federal have been giving me the giant run around the entire time without answering anything and just wanting to do nothing so I'm is trying to figure out when the what the line is for actually protected animals being killed compared to Just Animals moving to a different area okay our next speaker is Meredith gross followed by George Charles hello good evening I'm Meredith gross and I live in District 4 um I'm a student at UN in the school of Journalism there um I contemplated here tonight uh because of how small my concern is and quite frankly I didn't want to waste my time but I realized how much time I wasted trying to get in contact with mayor mty Parker and council member lorf I had a simple School assignment and needed a very quick statement from the two it was made very clear what my intentions were from the start after countless emails phone calls and voicemails to my surprise I received nothing in return for weeks 3 to four weeks to be exact I received many return emails from a representative in District 4 from the email inquiry I sent um that they'd set up an interview with council member L dorf after a few emails back and forth I was ghosted and on Thursday and Friday last week I sent follow-up emails requesting the interview I was supposed to get I received nothing my assignment was due yesterday I sent um I left many voicemails for Bethany Warner uh and I only received a response after I went through the directory and found a department that I thought would should answer the phone regularly requesting an office number where I could find Bethany Warner because I still had received nothing I sent emails through the media inquiry every resource available I tried I received an email and only after I finally got a hold of a different person asking for the office number um and I requested a phone call never got a phone call I did get a few quotes from you mat uh mayor Maddie Parker via Beth Warner um but I never got anything from council member lerdorf as I am here because as elected officials it is not optional to respond to your constituents and I as a constituent believe so I understand it is not you who directly respond and that there are processes however you are responsible for those who answer on your behalf and the ball was dropped in 2022 the city council unanimously voted to pay raises of the city council to be on the ballot and though it did not pass I don't foresee it being the last measure the last time the measure will be brought forth I previously supported the pay raises since Fort Worth has quickly become one of the largest cities as a taxpaying politically informed and active citizen whom others consult for political advice I cannot in good faith support and advocate for a pay raise when the bare minimum criteria aren't meant I know my concern might seem insignificant and small but it mattered to me and the Council couldn't be bothered these are elected positions for which you are literally elected to represent us represent us but how can you represent people you ignore Miss gross if I may um thank you for coming tonight I think on our end the mistake was we thought you were part of for of media and a journalism student through un and we have to go through a certain process we had no idea you were a student so I hope that the hope that the quote was helpful to you and I know that Bethany apologizes and it wasn't intentional at all but thank you for coming tonight I appreciate that I did also send the media inquiry through the online portal and I actually never got a response that route okay that's good to know I'll make sure the comm's team knows that yeah I uh the only response I got was through the council The District 4 email M and that it was not council member lorf directly but like I said the people who are requ who are hired to represent you reflect on you sure so I've said but I I think I'll just tell you I've done probably five interviews with students in the last few weeks so had I known you were a student you probably would have gotten a personal phone call so that was a slight in the future we'll fix that thank you so much appreciate you uhuh next speaker is George Charles followed by David Martinez my name is George War Charles I live in Fort Worth do I think there's a possibility that one or more of the things I'm going to say tonight will invoke an unfavorable reaction from one or more City Council Members let me count the ways first I intend that what I say will be the first in the series on the same subject that would be archived and made available as on a private site I expected to I expect council members who use words like self-promotion and grandstanding in reference to statements made here that they don't agree with regard this as not just low hanging fruit but fruit that has been picked peeled and sliced and th ready for their immediate use uh I had to revise this second paragraph because of what a speaker earlier said I was going to try to use a light touch I'm I'm not second the person who's made it possible for me to set my flip phone aside and any the Enchanted Garden of of state-of-the Arc technology is thought of is Bob Willoughby third there is the wording of the subject quote behind the signs unquote which will apply to the plan series these signs are of the campaign variety which POA passes out along with money to favored candidates and incumbents of course the suggestion that there is something hidden behind these clearly substantial benefits will not brighten the day of of any of those receiving them there's also the fact that the provisions of chapter 143 of the Texas local government code apply with equal force to Firefighters so why am I mentioning only the POA why don't I speak of signs and money from the firefighter Union as to the transparency and accountability that Thomas spoke of when he stood here for the last time in his life because I do not consider misconduct by firefighters to be anywhere near the level of threat to the liberty and life of the public as I do that of misconduct by police that's why to put this as starkly as I can no firefighter has ever shot someone to death because a concerned person called the city of Fort Worth and it is my intention to show a clear and convincing connection between police unions and police misconduct our next speaker is David Martinez followed by Patrick Jacobs my name is David Martinez good evening sorry I got bad eyesight sorry bear with me uh good evening tonight I'm going to acknowledge May 5th as as missing murdered indigenous women and and girls day I would like to take this time to formally request next year on May 5th 2025 the city turned the city lights red in honor of the missing murdered and Indigenous women and girls those are for our daughters our sisters and our mothers that are missing and murdered and that are indigenous to America I want to make everyone aware Ware that may is also Jewish American History Month yesterday was Holocaust Remembrance Day my plan was to talk about the horrific tales of the Holocaust but I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to hold back to tears Saturday I attended a Native American indigenous Coalition meaning at the meeting a Native American tribal woman walked up to me and whispered shabbat shalom she whispered to me that she thought it was Brave for me to wear the the Israeli flag she hugged me and another woman approached me letting me know she worked at the Dallas Holocaust Museum both women whispered this to me a man walked up to me and was caught off guard and this was this is the world that we live in instead of Tears I'm going to double down on helping my country and my community I'm going to encourage the city to help me bring Department of Defense contractors such as locked Martin Bill helicopter and Ron to fund four THD stem programs this will counter closings of schools and layoffs of teachers it will bring economic industrial businesses and advanced our science and technology for our USA Defense Force everyone wants a Tesla but nobody wants a Tesla Factory in Fort Worth I bet if their children are working there making money they would they would also agree that it is necessary for the advancements of our community and our country thank you God bless our next speaker is Patrick Jacobs Patrick will be followed by Adrien Smith good evening mayor Parker council members my name is Patrick Jacobs I reside at a 7216 breaking Rich drive I'm here on behalf of the uh Eagle Ranch um Property Owners Association board which serves the homeowners of the Eagle Ranch neighborhood I also serve as vice president of the Northwest Fort Worth neighborhood alliance just wanted to share some background information I know I've spoken to several council members up there individually but wanted to bring this light for everybody about the Northside 3 main transmission line and its proposed routing um if you look at this map I know it's not the best on on the screen but if you think of the shortest distance between A and B I think we all learn in about third grade it's a straight line if you look at the biggest wiggle through this that is tearing a 54 inch pipeline through the heart of our neighborhood why wouldn't we just go straight right um on the east side the the main line dissecting um the page is Bab Road currently the east side is to the bottom of the page the east side is um enor has four main transmission towers there with over almost a quarter mile of total easement between the road um where there should be sidewalks where they're not and then the the enco land um we were told that enco will never allow a pipeline to go next to their towers because electricity and water don't mix unfortunately we do have electricity in our home so I'm not sure how that mixes but nonetheless um I I wanted to bring this attention because I feel as the there's a huge disconnect between the prime contractor kimly horn and uh the the Fort Worth Water Department I did speak offline with Mr Chris hardner here and I feel like that's starting to straighten some of the things up but we were told by the prime contractor in writing that the east side of the road so the enco area has not even been studied no one ever asked concore there's no written denial that the now Mr hardner states that he does have that but the prime contractor the people that are going to go and dig a 30 foot wide trench 30 feet deep in our neighborhood never even asked never has permission but they will come in our neighborhood and eminent domain whatever they want so I just want to bring attention to this I feel like being here this evening already with some on offline conversations have helped us gain a little bit of traction that will maybe you know startop this project on Monday but this isn't the last we're going to hear of this we will not allow this to go through our neighborhood um thank you so much that's thank you Patrick oh and oh sorry the other picture I forgot that's a mayor price um your predecessor um giv us the uh neighborhood of the beer award or finalist for uh for the revitalization of the park that this project is supposed to run through great thank you for sharing our next speaker is Adrian Smith followed by Kelly field Adrien Smith I am one with the people a army veteran and I do not yield my time to anyone on the DI as you all can see Bob was not able to display but I will share with the those in the gallery poop point of order police Point order police okay let's talk about this past weekend's proposition hey Mr B let's talk about this past week uh weekend's proposition a passing do you all feel that was a success or failure now it passed so sure people say it's a success however the numbers do not reflect the collective will or nature of the people who here who are registered to vote so you got it passed that's good remember a tax although you say a tax on the hotels it's going to be a tax on hotels it's still a tax on the people so as you all know wow this to is moving fast as you all know I was a no vote so going forward as I was coming in I I saw something from the for worth report it says if Fort Worth adopt Street maintenance fee residents would pay $110 more each year it says if this is something that's been you know proposed I know the staff does great work never critical the staff because I know they the ones who doing the work behind the scenes but this right here it only says one thing you all cannot do anything without us the people you need more money you have a budget that's coming up there's also a bond that's coming up you need the people so let me ask you this before you start asking the people for more money do you think the new city hall was physically responsible or is it just because of this idea of this new modernization that we wanted that we thought it was a good idea how about Panther Island how about Gateway Park how about we talked about the convention CER I don't need to beat that dead horse anymore but again you all need the people you all need us the people and I heard this morning m b he spoke of something called engagement engagement you know how engagement works the same way it worked that got you in them seats when you all were out trying to get elected that's engagement that's real engagement not this little thing you all came up with on the city's website for people to do this little game or whatever that is real engagement means getting personal getting back out here where the people are and not those little one hour 2our Town Hall meetings you all have in your districts thank you our next speaker is Kelly field followed by J James Smith Miss field okay can you hear me this is Kelly field yes go ahead hello oh uh I Kelly field I live at 3301 Roundup Road um and it's on the same subject as Patrick Jacobs the north side 3 54inch water transmission main alignment and land studing and the plan for a water department to put a 4 and a2t water M through the eagle subdivision is going to destroy a lot of make our lives miserable in today's paper it was noted that Fort Worth is considering putting a new fee on the water sewage garbage bills already because of the serious underfunding of roads this plan is going to result quite a bit of expensive Road repair when there already aren't enough funds to do what's needed if the path is what we heard of today which is what Patrick uh talked about it also would ruin our disc golf course which got an award from the city and I'd like to say that that course that's being discussed is not the one shown on the official City website so the real path needs to be posted so people know what's being considered now the water department says this will help all the areas with water delivery that was in a response I got when I wrote my councilwoman and but we don't have any issues with that the real need is to get the water to the North Area like the newly approved developments along bonds Ranch Road which is which is what by the way that website I mentioned says is the reason for it why not put a new treatment plant up there on the west side of Morris Dao Road right next to Eagle Mountain Lake then the water mains would be right there where they're needed and the funds to expand the Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant could be used to do that instead thank you very much thank you Mr field our next speaker is James Smith followed by Maryland Phillips good afternoon councel my name is James Smith I live in forworth District 8 I'm here today because three years ago I had an issue with my alley maintenance the first year I brought it to your attention the second year you guys figured out a way to help me by giving the parks department their job the next year came around and the parks department is not taking care of the alley they're still Contracting it out this year my alley is was 4 feet tall 4T tall that's unacceptable it's not just my alley it was for the whole neighborhood and for them learning other areas of the city my backyard is I'm not going to say My Sanctuary but my front yard is problematic for me so I Retreat to my backyard and tend to my garden and I have to look over my shoulder and see four a feet tall weeds well when you Garden you Garden weeds so that's contradicting itself which is problematic for me you have the sewer system through the alley you have the cable system through the alley you have the electricity through the alley you have the phone coming through the alley if you have to tax those enti entities to take care of the alley we didn't take care of the alley my neighborhood I've been there over 60 years is being revitalized people are spending $300,000 for a home in my neighborhood they don't deserve to spend $300,000 for a home and have an alley four feet tall behind them I don't think that's right because you're taxing them on that $300,000 they have an alley 4 feet tall and weeds get 4 feet tall guess what you have seeds and and the wind blows and the seeds come out the alley into my yard we need to work on that I watched the Commissioner's Court this morning in fact I watched all 7even hours of it there's a problem you're in jail as you know people are dying in the jail we have a problem in the city of forward and I don't know if you watched the the meeting or you went to to the the meeting but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed con concerning the jail concerning the liability of the jail I came here almost five years ago not feeling safe in the city after I talked to you I'm not feeling safe at home and I don't feel safe if I have to go to jail there's a problem in the city of Ford almost five years Justice for in accountability for the city and the Southside District 8 thank you our next speaker is Marilyn Phillips followed by Bill Bergen good evening Miss Marin and council members thank you so much for allowing me to to speak tonight my name is Marilyn Phillips I'm here on behalf of the Eagle Ranch um board um HOA board and uh the community um I'm here to speak against the north side uh three water transmission main being put through my neighborhood um I've been in the neighborhood for 12 years and we have transformed that neighborhood from being just a plain Jane to being a a place that even the City of Fort Worth has given us awards for the beautification of it and it's a very very good um Community um we've planted hundreds of trees a lot of them were the ones that the city of Fort Worth gave us and they we also planted these wild flowers in that Park uh we've had volunteers spend countless hours in hard labor to plant the trees to water them we've um our association pays to have the trees taken care of so they stay healthy um we have a lot of pride in that Park we have lots of volunteers who participate in the trash pickup days the picture there is of some a bunch of the teenagers that helped us with cleaning up um the park and stuff and it's um really kind of amazing to have teenagers take so much pride in their community that they were there to to do that work um we have lots of soccer teams that use the practice field there our volunteers decorate the the park for the 4th of July Memorial Day veterans day and and other things um we have paid for a world-renowned disc golf course designer to build a nine-hole gift disc golf course there uh he was so impressed when he came to uh look about designing it he was so impressed with our community the involvement of our community that he built that at a much discount counted price for us and uh we've had a tournament there and we're in plans of uh doing another one which won't happen if you've dig it all up um the Denver City residents won't be able to use their driveways um soil won't be usable for years um I know you have good intentions that if you dig through our park that you will replace it and will make it look like it was before there's no way you can do that we have lots of trees there that are 30-year-old trees are you going to replace the trees you damage or destroy with 30-year-old trees I don't really believe that that would happen um and then all the life Wildlife that comes to the to the pond there that we've built um they that'll all be gone and the the Tranquility that our people have that live there along that area it'll be gone with all the noise and the filth and everything that'll go on for the whole time this thing is being built um thank you Miss Phillips that was my whole time yes ma'am thank you and just to make sure I think Chris harter's already spoken to a few people in the neighborhood but let's just keep that dialogue going if you don't mind and report back especially to myself and to council member Hill thank you very much our last speaker is Bill Bergen I think he has a sick kiddo at home so he's been trying to hold down the fort wish I could turn this around hey uh good evening uh Madame mayor council members Mr cook thank you for this opportunity to be here my name is Bill Bergen I live in District 4 I spent a lot of money in District 10 I'm here tonight on behalf of myself I'm not here representing any board committee anything any blog any just me just me just me thank you very much congratulations on the victory Convention Center needs a facelift it's been there a long time it's been a very very important part of Fort Worth I'm old enough to remember when the convention center wasn't here this was a hell hole down here you young people just go home tonight and Google the seller and you'll see what I'm talking about uh I was not able to be here last week I intended to be I had to call in uh I watched the video I did a terrible job I couldn't see people talking on the phone it was horrible but the last thing I heard was mayor Parker say Bill I'll reach out to someone guess what someone reached out to me just as he said and we've got the wheel moving on something now how did that happen this is a public comment night that's why I wish I could turn around and talk to the public so I'm not addressing you guys I've got my back to the people I really want to talk to I got something accomplished because I came down here freedom of speech and made a petition had a request and I treated these people down here with respect I acted somewhat like a professional and I I treated them how they needed to be treated what happened I got results I didn't come down here and bit uh complain and grip and argue uh I didn't come down here and make sarcastic remarks I didn't come down here and look at a man in a uniform that's willing to take a bullet for me and call him a traitor come on people you wonder why you don't get anything done it's really funny also to watch the people that come down here don't stick around that the heat comes they like to go I like to be last you know why I like to be last some of you know it's that n inning walk-off home run I get to say what I want to say uh you guys have to be quiet I'm public I can make a public comment I think I may start coming down here week after week just for a public rebuttal on your behalf I can do that is that is that fair can I do that I didn't intend on coming down
