Uh we have a uh consent agenda that will be read into the record and acted on one motion. These items will not be discussed individually and we're going to have Jenny read those for us today. Okay. Items on the consent agenda. Two, approval of minutes from previous meetings. Item 2A, minutes from April 23rd, 2025, planning and zoning board meeting. Item 3A, Z125-0000174, East Market Phase 1, 6.6 6 plus finest acres lo located at the northeast corner of South Ellsworth Road and East Ray Road site plan review for a commercial development district 6 staff recommendation continue to the May 28 2025 planning and zoning board meeting item 4 a Z24-074 Polaris Academy 1.8 8 plus minus acres located at the southwest corner of East Hampton Avenue and South Clear View Avenue. Modification of a council use permit CUP reszone.8 A plus minus acres from light industrial with the planned area development overlay to LAP AD with a bonus intensity zone overlay major site plan modification for 1.9 plus minus acres and to remove condition number 178 10 and 11 of ordinance number 2732 to allow the expansion of a private school district 6 staff recommendation approval with conditions.
